Terms and Conditions
We want your purchase from Motive Solutions to be a satisfying experience. However should you have any problems the following conditions will apply:-
Important these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within our served areas. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms and conditions which is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to any force majeure incident. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms of use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.
Motive Solutions Limited permits you to view and use the material and data on this website solely for your personal and non-commercial use. The content of this website such as text, graphics, images, and other material, are protected by copyright under both England & Wales and foreign law. Unauthorised use of the material may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Guarantee
All products carry a 1 year's warranty against failure and defects under reasonable operating conditions.
Pricing
The prices shown exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) at 17.5%, which is applicable to customers in the United Kingdom. VAT is calculated and displayed on the shopping cart page. Should the appropriate rate of VAT change, we reserve the right to change our prices accordingly.
Shipping
All goods ordered will be dispatched before the end of the next working day after your payment has cleared (Monday-Friday) the exceptions being bank holiday periods, subject to availability. Goods are only available for shipment within the United Kingdom. Delivery is normally 2 – 3 working days. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery especially if you live in a remote location.
Goods are subject to availability. If any item you have ordered is out of stock, we will inform you, giving you the option of delivery of the available items, or cancellation and refund of your order.
In the rare case that an order we have shipped to you is lost in transit, we will replace or refund the lost items at your preference, provided you cooperate fully with our efforts to claim for the loss from third parties. This may involve you having to complete forms and/or sign statements of non-receipt of goods.
Payment
We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards through our secure service provider. We also accept Google Checkout, Paypal and Payoffline. We do not accept Cheques or Postal Orders unless specifically agreed.
Cancelling
Should either party cancel an order prior to dispatch and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
After delivery of your purchase you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. To cancel your order you must contact us within the 7 day cooling off period after delivery quoting your Invoice Number. You must take reasonable care of the goods and must not use them. You will receive a full refund together with a refund for postage and packaging costs of the returned goods. You will not receive a refund if the goods are not in the condition you received them unless they are faulty. Please note outside the cooling off period you will be responsible for the costs of returning your purchase to us unless we delivered the goods to you in error, or if the goods are damaged or defective. If we do not receive the goods back from you, we may arrange for collection of the goods from your residence at your cost.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
